                                OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Friday, October 29, 2021

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Friday, October 29, 2021.

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Thoughts on today's verse:  When things are tough, we find it easy to call on God and lean on his mercy and grace. He is our Savior. But when things are going well, we forget to acknowledge that all the blessings we have and all the opportunities we have received come because of his grace. In our joy and success, we need to learn to acknowledge him!

Gracious Father, every good thing we have in my life has come because of you. The family we have been blessed with, the protection we have received, the values that we hold, the successes we have enjoyed, the hope we have, the salvation we have received, and the future we anticipate are all ours because of your grace and not our goodness. Through Jesus my Lord as we pray:

Hail Mary, full of grace. Our Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.  Amen

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
