Thursday, October 21, 2021 Morning Announcements
OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Thursday, October 21, 2021
Good Morning OLA! Today is Thursday, October 21, 2021.
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Galatians 6:2: Carry each other's burdens and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Thoughts on today's verse: We feel so burdened ourselves, that sometimes we can't even see others' burdens. But Jesus reminds us that if we are to be like him, we will be the burden carriers. This is why he came, why he died, and why his resurrection is so important -- to lift from us the burdens of sin, death, and depravity.
Compassionate Father, help us to see and respond to the burdens in other lives around us. We want to be a blessing to the broken and discouraged, so please help us find our place and our way of serving to your glory. In Jesus' name we pray.
Hail Mary, full of grace. Our Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
