Good Morning OLA! Today is Thursday, October 28, 2021.
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.

Father, let us be an instrument of your peace, harmony, kindness and unity as we pray.
Hail Mary, full of grace. Our Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Mathcounts will not meet this week.
National Honor Society will begin offering free tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:00.
There will be a mandatory National Honor Society meeting TODAY at the beginning of second lunch in the physics lab.
Service Hours Opportunity – The Carnival Association of Long Beach are in need of workers to help with games and face painting on Saturday from 1:30 to 6:00 p.m.
TODAY is your last chance to buy a Candy Gram! Candy Grams are $1.00 and will be delivered on Friday during lunch. Please see any member of Respect and Dignity sisterhood to purchase. All proceeds will help pay for bag lunches at King's Kitchen. Respect and Dignity Sisterhood, please return your candy gram order forms to Ms. Chapman by lunch today!
Red Ribbon Week
Tomorrow: Friday: Live An Old and Drugfree Life (dress as an elder as long as you follow modesty and appropriateness (similar dress as 100th day of school in elementary school). NO SLIPPERS!
Reminder, NO outside food can be brought in for lunch. If you forget your lunch, please stop by the front office at the end of 1st period so we can add you as eating in the cafeteria.

Thursday: Varsity basketball vs. Purvis at 5 pm
-JV/V soccer vs. Sumrall, Varsity at 5:30 and JV to follow
