Friday, November 12, 2021 Morning Announcements
OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Friday, November 12, 2021
Good Morning OLA! Today is Friday, November 12, 2021.
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Job 37:5-6 - God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding. He says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth,' and to the rain shower, 'Be a mighty downpour.'
Thoughts on today's verse: Isn't that a beautiful phrase! "God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding." Rather than spending a lot of time talking or thinking about how marvelous God is, let's praise him in prayer.
Holy, Righteous, and Eternal God, You alone are truly and fully holy. We cannot comprehend the distant outskirts of your ways. But we love you. You are so far beyond us on our best days, we can't quite understand why you would pay such a cost to redeem us. But, Dear God, we thank you. In Jesus name we pray,
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
BIRTHDAY
Celebrating their birthday today is Claire Murtagh. And celebrating birthdays over the weekend are Maddie Willis and Alice Ponte. Happy Birthday to ALL!.

If you are interested in learning more about Interact Club, please come to the meeting in the physics lab at 8:00 am on Monday morning. You can also ask senior, Vaeda Hobbs, or 8th grader, Zoey Stewart, for more information as both young ladies are already involved in the club. Thank you!
