Good Morning OLA!   Today is Monday, November 15, 2021. 

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Breathe into us, Holy Spirit, that our thoughts may all be holy. Move in us, Holy Spirit, that our work, too, may be holy. Attract our hearts, Holy Spirit, that we may love only what is holy. Strengthen us, Holy Spirit, that we may defend all that is holy. Protect us, Holy Spirit, that we may always be holy.   In Jesus name we pray,

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

SADD will be holding a canned goods drive for King's Kitchen for Thanksgiving. Monday-Thursday of this week, you can bring in a minimum of 2 canned goods and have a dress down day on Friday, November 19th. Friday, students will be allowed to wear an OLA T-shirt, jeans with no holes, rips, or tears, and closed-back shoes. Bring all cans to your 1st period teacher.


Taekwondo will meet after school today at 3:30 p.m. in the Physic Lab.   

 

Mathcounts will meet on Wednesday, November 17th and Robotics and Lego League will meet on Thursday.

 

National Honor Society offers free tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:00, report to room 19. 


OLA Sports

Monday: Varsity Basketball at Vancleave at 4:30.  Junior high soccer at Biloxi Middle School at 5:30.

Tuesday: JV/V Soccer at Harrison Central, V at 5:30 and JV following.

JV/V Basketball at home vs. Gautier, JV at 5 and varsity following.

Wednesday: Junior high soccer at SSC vs. Bayou View at 5:30.

Thursday: JV/V soccer at home vs. Resurrection, V at 5:30 and JV following.

V Basketball at Picayune, varsity at 6:00.

                         OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS Friday, August 4, 2023   Good Morning OLA!    Today is Friday, August 4, 2023.    Welcome Back to the 2023-2024 School Year: It’s hard to believe that we are starting yet another school year.  If you are a returning student, welcome back!  If you are new to our OLA family, welcome!  We are looking forward to a very successful and fun-filled school year.
