Good Morning OLA!   Today is Monday, November 29, 2021. 

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.


Colossians 3:17   Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Thoughts on today's verse:  No matter what we say, no matter what we do, it is to be offered as a gift of thanks to God with Jesus' name, power, and honor attached!  We lovingly offer you our words, our actions, our hearts and our minds to bring you glory by doing your will. In Jesus name we pray:

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

BIRTHDAYS

Celebrating their birthday today is Emelia Bosarge.  Happy Birthday Emmy!

 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Taekwondo will meet after school today.

 

Robotics will meet on Tuesday and Thursday.  Lego League will meet on Thursday.

 

Mathcounts will meet after school on Friday. 

 

National Honor Society offers free tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:00, report to room 19. 


OLA Sports

Tuesday: JV/V Basketball at Long Beach, JV at 4:00 and varsity at 6:00.  -JV/V Soccer at home vs. East Central, varsity at 5:30 and JV following.

Thursday: Junior High soccer at SSC vs. George County at 5:30.

Friday: Varsity Basketball at West Marion at 6 pm.  -JV/V soccer at home vs. St. Patrick, Varsity at 5:30 and JV following

Saturday: Varsity soccer at Showcase Tournament in Gulfport

 

Listen Up! - School Mass Tomorrow

Tomorrow is a School Mass. All students must wear their oxford shirts.   Mass will start at 10:02 (Rock Bell Schedule), parents can view mass live-streamed via the OLA Facebook page.

                         OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS Friday, August 4, 2023   Good Morning OLA!    Today is Friday, August 4, 2023.    Welcome Back to the 2023-2024 School Year: It’s hard to believe that we are starting yet another school year.  If you are a returning student, welcome back!  If you are new to our OLA family, welcome!  We are looking forward to a very successful and fun-filled school year.
