Monday, February 7, 2022 Morning Announcements
OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Monday, February 7, 2022
Good Morning OLA! Today is Monday, February 7, 2022.
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Psalms 33:4-5 The word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love.
Thoughts on today's verse: God is faithful. We can trust his promises to be kept and his purposes to be good. How do we know? The sunrise each morning is a reminder that the Father of heaven and earth is at work keeping his universe in working order. If it is true in nature, it is true in the spiritual realm as well. Greet each sunrise as a reminder of God's faithfulness.
O Magnificent and Majestic Creator, we greet today as your gift and a reminder of your faithfulness. Each day the sun rises we anticipate the day you honor your promise to send your Son back to bring us home to you. Give us a keen sense today of your faithful presence. We pray this through him in whom all your promises find their fulfillment, In Jesus name we pray…
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
