Good Morning OLA! Today is Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Luke 19:10 The Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.
Thoughts on today's verse: "The Friend of Sinners." Of all the things Jesus was called, I believe that was his favorite. Father, while we know you hate sin and the havoc it creates in our lives, we are so thankful that when you came to earth you were not our judge but our Savior, you were our friend. We promise to live today more aware of your love for the lost because we know what it means to be found. Through Jesus we pray.….
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES
Dollar Raffle Tickets for Class Baskets
Students who sell $50 worth of raffle tickets are able to wear appropriate length shorts or jeans with their crawfish boil t-shirt to school on Tuesday, May 10th.
Students who sell $100 worth of raffle tickets will get a fun afternoon on the Crab Fest grounds on May 10th.
The class that sells the most tickets will receive a pool day on Thursday, May 5th.
If you need more tickets, stop by the office. Raffle ticket sales are due by 8:30 am on Tuesday, May 3rd.
Taekwondo will meet today after school in the Science Lab.
The 5th Annual OLA Student Art Show will be held TOMORROW from 4 - 6 pm in the OLG Community Center. Please join us as we celebrate the work and creativity of our art students. Handmade ornaments and OLA themed stickers will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds will be donated to organizations helping war victims in Ukraine. We look forward to seeing you at the art show!

Dear Friends of the Our Lady of the Gulf Choir, Please join us at Our Lady of the Gulf on Friday, April 29th, as we host the USM Hattiesburg Choral Union for a 7:00pm performance! See flyer in front office window. Hope to see you there!
Service Hours are due on Friday!
National Decision Day is Sunday, May 1st. Seniors may wear their college t-shirt or sweatshirt on Monday, May 2nd with their school skirt and uniform shoes.
