                            OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Friday, November 18, 2022

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Friday, November 18, 2022.

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God as we offer our special intentions for those in need of our prayers.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

1 Timothy 2:1-2  I urge, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone - for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

Thoughts on today's verse:   God wants us to be a praying people. But more than that, God wants us to pray for people. The blessing of that kind of prayerful life is that we get to live peaceful and quiet lives full of godliness and holiness. So pray, dear friend in Jesus, pray as if world peace depends upon it, because it does!  In Jesus' name we pray.

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
