Good Morning OLA!   Today is Thursday, January 19, 2023.

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God as we offer our special intentions for those in need of our prayers.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Birthdays

Celebrating their birthday today is Sarah Tenney.   Happy Birthday Sarah!

 

Important Messages

Chorus Meeting TODAY during 5^th Lunch.  Please grab your lunch and meet with Mrs. Seymour and Ms. Chapman in the Physic Lab.

 

OLA Student Council MGM’s dance is open to all SSC and OLA 9-12th grade students. Tickets are $20 and will be sold during second lunch and after school. Please see Mrs. Colbert if you have any questions. 

 

TOMORROW, we will again participate in the March for Life sponsored by the OLG Knights of Columbus.  We will line up in the Holy Trinity carline beginning at 10:15am.  As soon as everyone is in place, the prayer march will begin.  It will end with a closing prayer led by Fr. Mike at the memorial to the unborn in front of OLG church.

 

St. Stanislaus Diamond Girl applications are available online for 9^th through 12^th grade. OLA Sports

·        The junior high basketball championship is tonight at OLA at 4:45.

·        Soccer senior night will be held at the OLA soccer field at 5:15. Come show your support to our soccer seniors.

·        The varsity soccer team will play Sacred Heart at 5:30 and the JV will follow.

·        The varsity basketball team will play Pope John Paul at home at 6:00.

 

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE:  All students and staff MUST have their ID Badge with them to give to the cafeteria cashier if eating lunch.  If you do not have your badge, please stop by the office to see Mrs. Hinson before reporting to the Commons.
