Good Morning OLA!   Today is Wednesday, January 4, 2023

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God as we offer our special intentions for those in need of our prayers.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

 

BIRTHDAYS

Celebrating their birthday today is Avery Matheson.  Happy Birthday Avery!

 

Lego Robotics will meet TODAY after school.

 

Attention 7-9 graders!   If you are interested in politics, like to debate or just want to meet new people come to the Junior Youth Legislature informational meeting TODAY during lunch ROOM 17 (Mrs. Cuevas's room)

 

This Week at OLA

Today:  Soccer at 5:30 at home.

Thursday:  Junior High Basketball vs. Bay Middle at SSC - 5:00pm Junior High Soccer vs. Hancock Middle at Home (SSC) - 5:30pm

Friday:  Varsity Basketball at Tylertown- 5:00pm Saturday, January 7th I-10/I-20 Tournament at Gulfport.

 

Important message, ALL car riders and bus riders should enter through the RIGHT side door (this would be the carline entrance facing the OLG church parking lot).  There is a new doorbell at this location.  Ring the doorbell and pull on the right door to enter the building

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
