Good Morning OLA!   Today is Monday, February 13, 2023.

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God as we offer our special intentions for those in need of our prayers.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

It was close, but the Seniors won! Congratulations Seniors!

 

Help Campus Ministry with our annual St. Gerard Baby Drive! All who bring in any baby items may participate in a lunch period Baby Showers with lots of fun games and treats!  

Items can be brought to Mrs. Mayer’s room until Thursday, February 16th!

 

Today’s Menu:  Red Beans and Rice with Sausage and Corn Bread; or Soup & Salad Bar, today’s soup is Cheddar & Broccoli .

 

OLA Sports

Congratulations to the Sailing Team for their fine performance at the Superbowl Regatta held at Bay Waveland Yacht Club this past weekend. Jeremy Reddoch and Ashley Hilton took 2nd place; Karoline Burroughs and Emma Harris took 4th. Great job Sailing Team!

 

Students, please remember – School Mass tomorrow, wear your oxfords.  We do not have any oxfords to loan.

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
