Good Morning OLA! Today is Friday, August 11, 2023.
Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Psalms 119:14 I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches.
Thoughts on today's verse: Our treasure and our truth come from Scripture, God's guidance to avoid Satan's harmful traps and live in God's blessed life.
Holy God, thank you for your written word, the Scriptures. May they come alive in our lives just as they do in our heart and minds. .Through Jesus we pray
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES
Crescent Athletic Club
There is a sign-up sheet on Mrs. St. Mary’s door for any student who would like to join Crescent Athletic Club. Also, if you would like to run for an office for CAC, please see Mrs. St. Mary.
Raffle Tickets:
Students, please remember to return your raffle ticket stubs and money to the office as soon as possible. Place the ticket stubs and money in a sealed envelope, with the student’s name listed on the front of the envelope.
Car riders and Bus riders, be sure to get all needed items from your locker before reporting to your 8th period class so that when the bell rings at 3:30, you can report directly to the carline or your bus location.
LISTEN UP!! Students were dropped off on Union Street this morning. You CAN NOT be dropped off at this location, you MUST be dropped off in the carline. Starting tomorrow, anyone who is dropped off on Union Street will be written up
OLA Sports
The junior high volleyball team beat St. Martin last night. The JV and varsity volleyball teams both beat Vancleave last night. Great job girls!
Saturday: 8th GRADE Volleyball – Gulfport Tournament
Teachers: Please take daily attendance and enter your lunch count. Today’s Menu: Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup: Broccoli, Cheese and Bacon Soup.
