Good Morning OLA!   Today is Friday, September 15, 2023.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

 Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Birthdays

Celebrating their birthday today are Rien Rose Lee and Keeli Winston.  Happy Birthday O’Brien and Ms. Winston! 

Service Hours: 

The Boys and Girls Club is asking for volunteers for this Saturday.  Please email Grace Oliver for more information because you must register to volunteer. 

OLG Rummage Sale, Saturday Sept 30^th and Sunday Oct 1^st.  Students will assist in setting up and moving items to the grounds.   See Mrs. Mayer for more information.  Flyer is posted in hallway window. 

Homecoming Tickets

SSC will be selling Homecoming tickets in the Gap on Wednesday, 9/20 and Wednesday 9/27, at the end of 4th period and the beginning of 5th. 

OLA Run for Mercy race is Sept 23^rd at 8:00am at Washington Pavilion.  The cost is $30.00.  We are also collecting new and gently used tennis shoes, please drop off in the box in the front lobby.  

Raffle Tickets:  Raffle tickets are due by the end of the day today.  If you do not return your ticket stubs, your FACTS account will be charged for your tickets.      

Teachers:  Please take daily attendance and enter your lunch count.   Today’s Menu: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Vegetable and Garlic Bread; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Italian Wedding Soup with Meatballs. 

SISTERHOOD MEETINGS TODAY AT LUNCH. All students will report to their 4^th or 5^th period class after 3^rd period. During 5^th period, all students will get their lunch then report to their sisterhood meetings.

Hospitality will report to Mrs. Chacon’s room.

Respect and Dignity to Mrs. Roger’s room.

Justice to Mrs. Cranford’s room.

Diversity to Mrs. Troutman’s room.

Integrity and Compassion to Mrs. St. Mary’s room.
