Friday, October 13, 2023 Morning Announcements
OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Friday, October 13, 2023
Good Morning
OLA! Today is Friday, October 13, 2023.
Please stand for our morning
prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Jeremiah 29:11 "I know the plans I have for you," declares the
Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope
and a future."
Thoughts on today's verse: In our struggles, O Lord, help us find your
grace -- not in the relief of struggle and pain, but in redemption and change
to your glory. By your grace and through our Savior we pray……
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy
Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Birthdays
Celebrating their birthday on Sunday is Delaney King. Happy Birthday Delaney!

Student council
is happy to host our annual pumpkin patch! Meet with your classes and your
clubs to decorate your pumpkins! Pumpkin themes should be fun and creative, but
remember you CANNOT cut the pumpkins!
When choosing a
theme keep in mind that pumpkins should not promote anything that contradicts
our faith!
We are
EXCITED to see what everyone comes up with! Pumpkins will be here next week and
are due October 30.
DUNBAR VILLAGE needs our help for the annual Halloween trick
or treat! Campus Ministry will be collecting bags of candy. Please
turn in your candy to your religion teacher. Also, if you are interested
in helping the elders pass out candy or work games for the children on
Halloween, please see Mrs. Mayer to sign up. This is a wonderful event
and a good way to earn service hours or member duties for campus ministry.
Teachers: Please take daily attendance and enter your lunch count.
Today’s Menu: Chicken Nuggets, Mac-N-Cheese and Vegetable; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Roasted Red Pepper and Smoked Gouda Soup.
At this time, all students please stand for
