Good Morning OLA!   Today is Wednesday, October 25, 2023.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. 

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Birthdays

Celebrating their birthdays today are Avery Fryer, Riley Cruthirds and Mrs. Christine Carter.  Happy Birthday Avery, Riley and Mrs. Carter!

If you lost your glasses, please stop by the office to pick up. 

HYLA Applications are due tomorrow. 

Mandatory meeting at lunch on TODAY in Chemistry Lab for Science National Honor Society.  Elections of officers will be discussed, and two major projects for the year.

 National Junior Honor Society is having a Halloween-themed bake sale TODAY! They will be selling items in the courtyard during morning and afternoon break. 

For all those who have signed up to work Trunk or Treat, there will be a quick meeting at 8:10 on Thursday morning in Mrs. Colbert’s room. 

 Student Council Pumpkins are due October 30th.   

The Saint Stanislaus Student Council is sponsoring a Dance for 7th and 8th grade this coming Saturday, October 28, at school in the SSC mall.   For more information, see flyers posted around campus. 

OLA Sports

Our Golf Team won the State Golf Championship!  Way to Go Ladies, Awesome Job! 

Teachers:  Please take daily attendance and enter your lunch count.   

Today’s Menu: Sloppy Joes with Frito Chips; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. 

At this time, all students please stand for the daily uniform and cell phone check.
