OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Wednesday, November 1, 2023.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Ephesians 1:18  I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints.

Thoughts on today's verse:  Heaven is something we see with our heart. When we are discouraged, we need to have the eyes of our hearts "enlightened."

O God, you are our Hope. We trust in you and your promises. But we admit that at times, we struggle.  Please fill us with your Spirit, comfort our doubts, and kindle our passion so that we may serve you with boldness and share your grace with others. Through Jesus we pray.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Run-off election for the Science National Honor Society at lunch today.  Don’t forget to see Mrs. Cranford today at lunch to vote! 

Students who have 2nd Period at SSC, report to Ms. Ashley's Room instead of SSC. 

Youth Leg will meet TODAY after school from 3:30 to 4:30 in the Student Resource Center. 

Teachers:  Please take daily attendance and also enter yours and your student’s lunch selection.   

Starting TODAY, teachers with a 1^st Period must log-on to FACTS to place their student’s lunch order. 

Students, if you do NOT place your order at this time, you will not be able to eat until all others have been through the lunch line to see if there are any leftovers.  Teachers who do not have a 1^st Period class must also sign-on to FACTS to place their lunch order. 

Today’s Menu: Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti, Green Beans, Cheesy Cauliflower, and Roll; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Roast Red Pepper Smoked Gouda. 

At this time, all students please stand for the daily uniform and cell phone check.
