OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Wednesday, December 20, 2023
Good Morning
OLA! Today is Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
Please stand for our morning
prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy
Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Important Messages
Today we place our last ornament on our Jesse Tree - Jesus lying in a manger.
There was no beautiful birthing center to welcome Jesus. He was born poor, among the animals and the lowly. He teaches us to depend upon God and not worldly riches. He teaches us that there is no greater gift than the love and joy of a life in a relationship with Him.
After the shepherds came to visit Jesus, the wise men, or kings, from the east also came. They followed the star to find Jesus and, "they fell down and worshipped him." These powerful, respected, wise, non-believing men, fell at the foot of the baby in the manger and worshipped him. They gave him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh, which represented his mission as Messiah - priest, prophet, and king.
May we come to recognize Jesus as our Lord and Savior too. May we fall at his feet and sing, "Glory to God in the highest!" as we celebrate Christmas this year.`
Teachers: Please enter your daily attendance in FACTS.
At this time, all students please stand for
the daily uniform and cell phone check.
That’s
all from WOLA, have a Great DAY!
