Good Morning OLA!   Today is Thursday, January 18, 2024.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Birthdays

Important Messages

Reminder, charcoal tights may be worn with your school uniform.  NO LEGGINGS. 

The deadline for the National Honor Society's drive for the Open Door Coalition is TODAY! Members, if you plan to get your service hour this way, please drop your donation off on the table by Mrs. Gelpi's door by the end of the day today.  

Mardi Gras Masquerade will be on Saturday, January 27th from 7:30 to 10:00 at Parrish’s in Long Beach Harbor.  Tickets are on sale, please see Mrs. Colbert.   $20 for single $35 for a couple and can be charged to FACTS.  Tickets will not be sold at the door. 

OLA SPORTS

Ø  Soccer Senior Night at 5:30, followed by JV/V Soccer at home vs. Resurrection.

Ø  Junior High Soccer at home (SSC) vs. Poplarville at 5:30.

Ø  Varsity Basketball at Vancleave at 6:00. 

Congratulations to Natalie Luc, Isabella Dardar and Olivia Lewis for achieving the National Physical Fitness Award in 8th grade PE!  Great job girls! 

Archery will meet today after school at the Crab Fest grounds. 

Teachers:  Please take daily attendance and also enter yours and your student’s lunch selection.   

Today’s Menu: Loaded Nachos and a side of Refried Beans; or Soup and Salad Bar.  Today’s soup is Chili. 

At this time, all students please stand for the daily uniform and cell phone check.
