OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!    Today is Friday, April 26, 2024.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

 

Birthdays

Celebrating their birthdays today are Anderson Bates and Lydia Cole.  And celebrating their birthday tomorrow is Ms. Nadine Patton.  Happy Birthday Anderson, Lydia and Ms. Patton!

 

Important Messages

Listen Up!  Nothing should be on top of the lockers!  All books and other items must be kept inside your locker and your locker door must be closed.

 

Class Basket Raffle Tickets; please return your tickets and money ASAP:

·  If you sell $50.00 worth of tickets, you can wear shorts to school on May 7th.

·  $100.00 worth of tickets, you will go to the beach during 6th-8th period on May 7th.

·  The class that sells the most tickets, will win a pool party on May 6th.

Place your tickets and money in an envelope with your name on the front and return to the office ASAP.  The deadline to sell tickets is 10:00am on May 3rd.

OLA Sports

Basketball tryouts will take place after school on May 6th-8th in the gym. If you are interested in playing next season, please sign your name on the sign up sheet that is posted at the Student Resource Center.

Teachers, please take daily attendance and lunch order.  

Today’s Menu: Stuffed Cheese Ravioli with Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Oyster Crackers; or Soup and Salad Bar.  

At this time, all students please stand for the daily uniform and cell phone check.
