OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!    Today is Friday, May 3, 2024.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

 

Deadline to return your Class Basket Raffle Tickets is TODAY at 10:00 a.m. 

 

Student council and class offer elections will be on Wednesday, May 16th. If you are interested in running for office or student council, please see Mrs. Colbert for paperwork.  

OLA Sports

JV/Varsity Soccer tryouts will be held on Wednesday, May 8th and Thursday, May 9th from 4-6 pm at the SSC football field. 

Basketball tryouts will take place after school on May 6th-8th in the gym. If you are interested in playing next season, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet that is posted at the Student Resource Center. 

Sailing Awards, Monday, May 6^th at 6 p.m. at the SSC Café.  June 1-2, School’s Out Regatta. 

Today’s Menu: Chicken Nuggets, Mac-N-Cheese and Vegetable; or Soup and Salad Bar.  Today’s soup is Chicken and Sausage Gumbo.    

At this time, all students please stand for the daily uniform and cell phone check.
