Good Morning OLA!   Today is Friday, October 4, 2024. 

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

Proverbs 27:1  Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring forth.

Thoughts on today's verse:  God, give us the strength to seize the moment and live the life today that will please you and bless others. Help our hearts feel the urgency of today and act with boldness, kindness, and salvation instead of worrying so much about what may happen. Give us the immediacy of the moment we see in your son's ministry. In Jesus name we pray…..

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

BIRTHDAYS

Celebrating their birthday tomorrow is Myah Favre and Faith Nunmaker. Happy “Early” Birthday Myah and Faith! 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

AP Physics is having a fundraising carwash this Sunday at the OLG center from 9am to 3pm. Come by and get your car washed and make a donation. 

Mr. Maxwell with Herff Jones will meet with Seniors on Monday at 11:30 to take orders for Senior Announcements. 

There are extra Campus Ministry Shirts! If you did not order a Campus Ministry T-shirt but would still like one, stop by Mrs. Goris's room to purchase one for $18. It will be charged to FACTS. Please come before the end of the day on Wednesday, October 9. 

Lunch and Attendance

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu: Chicken & Waffles and Fruit; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Chicken Vegetable with Bowtie Pasta.

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
