Good Morning OLA!   Today is Tuesday, November 19, 2024.  

Morning Offering and Special Intentions: 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Dear Lord, Thank you for this new day.  Thank you for our school.  Thank you for the teachers.  Thank you for the things we will learn.  Thank you for this time we will have together.  In Jesus' name we pray,

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Important Messages

If you have not already done so, please return your Pathways 2 Possibilities Permission Slip to the office ASAP. 

Campus Ministry is playing bingo with the elderly at Dunbar village today after school at 3:45. Talk to Mrs. Mayer or Mrs. Goris for more info. 

National Honor Society members please  check your email.  

Tomorrow is a “Late Take-In Day”, first bell rings at 9:30, tardy bell rings at 9:34. The building will be open at 8:00 a.m. for all non-driving students, please enter through the Gym Door (door closest to the street/courtyard). Listen Up!  Once students are on campus, they will not be allowed to leave to go to their locker.  So please retrieve items from your locker before leaving school TODAY.   Students are not allowed to be on the SSC campus on Wednesday morning. 

OLA Sports

Congrats to our OLA Middle School basketball teams for their wins last night over St. Patrick. Our girls won the first game by a score of 14-10 and the second game by a score of 40-6.

Come support our basketball teams tonight as they play at home at OLA versus Pearl River Central. Middle school is at 5:00, JV at 6:00, and Varsity at 7:00.

Lunch and Attendance

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu: Beef or Chicken Soft Taco with Trimmings, and Spanish Rice; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Baked Potato Soup.
