Good Morning OLA!  Today is Wednesday, November 20, 2024.  

Morning Offering and Special Intentions: 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Psalms 119:18  Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.

Thoughts on today's verse:  Holy Father, thank you for your righteousness. Knowing that you will dispense justice and settle all injustice when you judge the earth gives me comfort because we know that through Jesus, you see us as righteous. Our prayers today are that we can live in a way that brings honor to you and reflects the character of your Son when he walked this earth. In Jesus name we pray,

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Celebrating their birthday today is Addison Gartman.  Happy Birthday Addison! 

OLA Sports

Congrats to our OLA middle school basketball team for their win last night over PRC by a score of 38-20.

Lunch and Attendance

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu: Pizza Hut Pre-Ordered Pizza and a side sale (Note, students MUST have already Pre-Ordered their Pizza for today).  There will not be a Soup & Salad Bar today.  If you did NOT preorder a pizza, nor brought a lunch from home, stop by the office at the end of 1st Period.

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
