OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Thursday, April 17, 2025. 

Philippians 2:3: “Do nothing out of selfishness or out of vainglory; rather, humbly regard others as more important than yourselves.”

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all my relatives and friends, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father.  Amen.

Birthdays

Celebrating birthdays over the Easter Break are Sarai Goode, Alexis Lambert, Avery Skaggs, Tilley Newman, Loralai Williford, Lydia Cole, Anderson Bates, Lucy Chisesi, Mrs. Goris and Ms. Patton.  Happy Birthday to ALL! 

Important Messages

SSC and OLA will NOT be exchanging classes today; 3^rd Period will report to Mrs. Rogers’ room; 6^th Period report to Mrs. Fucich’s room; 7^th Period report to Mrs. Haas’ room and 8^th period– report to the Student Resource Center. 

Ministry Hours for this year are due by April 29, see your Religion teacher for available opportunities. 

OLA Sports

Anyone considering playing basketball next season needs to put their name on the Basketball Tryout Sign-up Sheet. This sheet is for all teams whether middle school, Junior Varsity or Varsity. The sheet is taped to the window in the Student Resource Center. Also, if you are considering being a basketball manager or Gameday experience crew member, please sign the sheet in that section. 

Lunch and Attendance

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance in FACTS. 

All students should have pre-ordered a Pizza; or brought a lunch from home.  If you did not preorder a pizza and did not bring your lunch from home, please come to the office when the bells rings at the end of 1^st Period.
