OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Tuesday, May 6, 2025. 

Romans 12:10: “Love one another with mutual affection; anticipate one another in showing honor.”

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all my relatives and friends, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father.  Amen.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. 

Important Messages

Library Books are due TODAY!  If the library is closed for testing, please leave the book with Mrs. Farrior in the main office. 

OLA Sports

Volleyball tryouts start TODAY; Rising 9th-12th Graders from 3:45-6 and Rising 8th Graders from 5:30-7:00. 

Lunch and Attendance

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu: Loaded Nacho Bar; Fruit; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Chicken & Dumpling.

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
