OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Friday, August 1, 2025.  

Morning Prayer:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

Let us pray together in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

BIRTHDAYS

Celebrating their birthday on Sunday is Hope Ponte.  Happy “Early” Birthday Hope! 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

If you are interested in serving as on OLA Ambassador for the 25-26 school year, or want to learn more about what it is, please stop by Ms. Alarcon’s office, RM 108, to grab a Membership packet.  Applications are due Friday, August 8th at 3:30 PM. 

SSC & OLA will not be sharing classes today, report to the Student Resource Center instead; except for 3^rd Period Band will report to Mrs. Corr’s Classroom, Room 305 and 5^th Period Band will report to Mrs. Grey’s Classroom, Room 304. 

Car Riders MUST be dropped-off and picked-up through the carline.  Students should not be dropped off, nor picked up on Union Street; or behind the community center.  When arriving to school, 7^th and 8^th grade students should report to Commons each morning and remain in the Commons until 8:15.    

OLA Sports

Any girls interested in trying out for golf please see Mr. Corr by end of day on Friday to get information required for tryouts next week. Returning players can see him as well for information. 

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Hamburger with Trimmings, Seasoned Fries, Fruit; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Broccoli Cheddar. 

If you are checking out early today and you did not leave your cell phone in the office, please do so at the end of 1^st Period.
