OLA! Today is Friday,

Please stand for our morning
prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy
Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES
Attention students who drive to school! On Monday morning, NO STUDENTS WILL PARK IN
THE STUDENT PARKING LOT DUE TO A LARGE FUNERAL ON MONDAY. We will have staff on duty to direct students
on where to park in the grassy areas.
Mercy Day 5KRun
5K Shoe
Drive boxes have been put out. Make sure to donate your new or gently used
tennis shoes!
If you would
like to run in the Mercy 5K on September 20th, an email will go out later in
the month for students and faculty to sign up. Students and Faculty run for
free!
Raffle Tickets! Please return your raffle tickets to the
office as soon as possible.
OLA Sports
OLA won
their meets with Pascagoula, D'Iberville, and Biloxi; while they
placed 2nd against St Patrick by only 3 points.
Ella
Garcia placed 1st in the 200 freestyle.
In the
50 freestyle Ella Garcia placed 1st, Ellie Thompson placed 2nd, and Maci
Thompson placed 3rd.
The 200
freestyle relay of Ashlynn Tolar, Bijou Ellison, Sadie Thigpen, and Ella Garcia
placed 1st.
Stella
Cappel placed 3rd in the 100 backstroke.
The 400 freestyle relay of Maci Thompson, Stella Cappel, Charlotte McCall, and Ella Garcia placed 1st.
Junior High Soccer tryouts are postponed until September. V/JV tryouts will remain on August 18th & 19th.
Attendance & Lunch Orders
Teachers: Please enter your attendance and lunch orders. Today’s Menu: Chicken Fried Rice; Egg Roll with YumYum Sauce; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Chicken & Dumpling.
