Good Morning OLA!   Today is Monday, August 11, 2025.  

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

BIRTHDAYS

Celebrating their birthday on Sunday was Mrs. Susan Gelpi.  And celebrating birthdays today are Margot Schindler and Carleigh Russo.  Happy Birthday to ALL! 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Mercy Day 5KRun

5K Shoe Drive boxes have been put out. Make sure to donate your new or gently used tennis shoes!

If you would like to run in the Mercy 5K on September 20th, an email will go out later in the month for students and faculty to sign up. Students and Faculty run for free! 

OLA Sports

Message from Coach Farrell:

I apologize in advance for the inconvenience, but Junior High Soccer tryouts will be postponed until September. The reason for this change is because there are many athletes who would not be allowed to attend the tryouts because of volleyball. So, to give everyone a fair chance to make the team, we will host tryouts so that volleyball players who want to attend can also.
Please be on the lookout for more information to come, along with the opportunity to train and condition in preparation for tryouts.

V/JV tryouts will remain on August 18th & 19th from 4:30pm -6pm at OLA Soccer Field. Please be sure to sign up on the sign-up sheet posted on the Student Resource Center door. You MUST have a Physical on file before trying out. Thank you. 

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Chicken Salad on Croissant; Chips; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Broccoli Cheddar.
