OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Monday, September 29, 2025
Good Morning
OLA! Today is Monday, September 29, 2025.
Morning Offering and
Special Intentions:
Please stand for our morning
prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Oh My Soul
JAMES 1:6 But
let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave
of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind……….. Through Jesus we pray.
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy
Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Celebrating birthdays today are

Happy Birthday Charlotte and Emerson!

Cross
Country: The
Crescents traveled to Baton Rouge this past weekend for the St.
Joseph’s Academy Invitational, one of the largest cross country meets
in the region.
In
the Junior High 2-mile, Bernadette Hoffmann,
Annie Lee, and Vivian Sevener all turned in big performances,
with Vivian making the biggest jump—clocking a 20:01 in
her first 2-mile race.
In
the Varsity race, Bijou Ellison led
the Crescents with a blazing 23:32 on a tough, hilly course,
followed closely by Leah Vollenweider at 23:50.
But the real story was team captain Maddelyn North, who
showed tremendous leadership—keeping her team focused, steady, and racing
as a pack. Under her guidance, the top five Crescents all finished within one
minute of each other, one of the most impressive team efforts of the
season.
The Crescents now turn their focus to the MHSAA Middle School Classic on October 14th in Clinton, where the OLA junior high squad will face Saint Patrick and other 3A rivals.
Coach Lacy will be having one last final tryout for 9-12th
graders for Soccer TODAY and TOMORROW from 4-6 at the OLA soccer
field.
