OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!  Today is September 3, 2025. 

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.

Genesis 1:27   God created humankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them. ……….. In Jesus name we pray….

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Allie with MS State University will be on campus during the second lunch to share information about State and answer questions. She will have a table setup in the gap throughout lunch so please stop by and see her! 

PTO is collecting Claibourn Hill grocery receipts.  Please drop off your receipts to the office.  The more we collect, the more money the PTO will receive!!!  

Raffle Tickets:  Please return your raffle tickets to the office as soon as possible.  

OLA Sports

JH Volleyball at 5:30 at Long Beach 

OLA won their Swim Meet with Pass Christian.

Ø  Maci Thompson placed 1st in the 200 freestyle

Ø  Ella Garcia placed 1st in the 200 IM

Ø  Elaine Kedney placed 1st in the 50 freestyle

Ø  Ella Garcia placed 1st in the 100 freestyle

Ø  Stella Cappel placed 1st in the 500 freestyle

Ø  Bijou Ellison placed 1st in the 100 breaststroke 

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Egg Roll with YumYum Sauce; Chicken Fried Rice; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Ms. Florence’s Homemade Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup.

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
