Good Morning OLA!    Today is Friday, October 24, 2025. 

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.

Be a LIGHT in the WORLD

John 14:27  Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.  I do not give to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.   Through Jesus we pray.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Detention will be in Mrs. Mayer’s room today, Room 300. 

The National Honor Society is having a bake sale TODAY during Morning and Afternoon breaks.  

Attention Students!  Student Council is hosting Trunk or Treat next Wednesday from 5 to 7 PM! Clubs and grade levels are invited to decorate a trunk with a school-appropriate Halloween theme, just get it approved by Miss Grey. There will be a Best Trunk contest with a special prize, and you can earn two service hours by hosting and working the event. Sign up on the sheet posted on Miss Grey’s door. Don’t miss out on the fun! 

Juniors are winning the penny wars.  Remember to bring in your pennies.  The class that wins picks a custom for Mr. Corr to wear on Oct 30th.  The class also gets to eat lunch outside and will have some sweet treats.   

PTO is collecting Claibourn Hill grocery receipts.  Please drop off your receipts to the office.  

OLA Sports

Volleyball, Golf and Swim (State Teams) are walking through Holy Trinity today at 2:00. 

Ms. Chapaman will call them to the Commons at 1:55. 

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant; Hash Brown; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Mrs. Florence’s Chicken Vegetable and Rice.
