OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Friday, October 31, 2025
Good Morning
OLA! Today is Friday, October 31, 2025.
Morning Offering and
Special Intentions:
Please stand for our morning
prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
You Were Made to Shine from the Inside-Out
Genesis 1:27 God created humankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them. Through Jesus we pray.
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy
Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive
us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Please remain standing for the Pledge:
I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

OLA Sports
The Crescents finished their season yesterday at the Mississippi
3A Cross Country State Championships in Jackson, placing 5th
overall out of 10 teams with 109 points—and showing that this program
is ready to climb even higher.
Six of the seven runners set all-time personal bests at the 5K distance. Freshman
Estelle Sevener led the way with a strong 23:20,
with sophomores Leah Vollenweider and Adi
Lepley right on her heels at 23:35 and 23:37. Bijou
Ellison showed the heart of a true competitor, running through
pain after losing a shoe mid-race and still finishing strong for her
team. Team captain Maddelyn North once again led her
squad with focus and composure, keeping her teammates locked in from start to
finish. Junior Courtney Cavalier also
stepped up when it mattered most, filling a key spot in the lineup and helping
the Crescents secure their top-five finish.
The Crescents ran together like a true pack—their top-five
spread was just 1 minute and 31 seconds, tighter than that of the
state champions. That’s the mark of a team built on trust and unity.
The Crescents close their season with pride, progress, and momentum
for what’s ahead. A special thank-you to senior McLaine Schlosser,
who competed in her final race as a Crescent.
Congratulations, ladies, on an unforgettable season!
