Good Morning OLA!    Today is Friday, November 14, 2025. 

Morning Offering and Special Intentions: 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.

Romans 8:29  For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.   In Jesus' name we pray,

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Birthdays

Celebrating their birthday today is Ashley Hall.  And celebrating their birthday tomorrow is Taylor Henley.  Happy Birthday Ashley and Taylor! 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

OLA and SSC will NOT exchange classes today

2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 8th Periods will report to the Student Resource Center today.

7th Period will report to Mrs. St. Mary’s classroom. 

If you would like to order Chick-fil-A for late check-in breakfast next Wednesday at 8 AM, please fill out the Google form sent to your email by 3:30 TODAY! 

9th grade is winning the Penny Wars. The last day to bring in money is Friday. The class that has the most money wins a Chick-Fil-A lunch. Place all money (bills, coins, or pennies) in your class jar. 

CAN THE TEACHER to help families in need! Bring canned goods to one of the participating teacher's classrooms you want to "can". Teachers include: Mr. Corr, Mrs. Tolar, Ms. Ashley, Mrs. St. Mary, Mrs. Buntyn, Mrs. Mayer, and Mrs. Carter. The teacher collecting the most cans will be "canned out" of their room, and their classes will enjoy a Fun Friday. Cans are due November 20th, and Can the Teacher will be November 21st!  

PTO is collecting Claibourn Hill grocery receipts.  Please drop off your receipts to the office.  

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Lasagna; Corn; Garlic Knot; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Mrs. Florence’s Homestyle Chili with Beans.

Last Day of School – Dress Code & Dismissal Information

  Dear Parents, As we approach the last day of school on  Friday , please take note of the following important reminders: Students may wear shorts and a t-shirt  on the last day. Please ensure attire is school-appropriate. 8th grade students  should bring their  complete Mass uniform  to change into for the  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony . Exams will end at 10:00 AM. From  10:00–11:00 AM , students will report to their  class sponsor’s classroom . During this time, they will be called to the office to  return Chromebooks and chargers . 8th graders  will return their Chromebooks during their  8th period exam .
