OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Tuesday, May 12, 2026.  

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.   

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.  

1 John 5:14-15  This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of him.

Thoughts on today's verse:  Confidence before God. Through the presence of Jesus at the Father's right hand and the intercession of the Holy Spirit, we can have confidence and come boldly before the Creator of the universe and know that he not only hears us, but also cares for us. In Jesus’ name we pray: 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Important Messages

Attention students: Class Officer AND Student Council elections for the 2026–2027 school year will be held this Friday, May 15th! If you are interested in running for a class officer position OR Student Council and have any questions about the election process, please see Miss Grey and sign up as soon as possible. We would love to have you get involved! 

Piper Miller and her family's charity, Kickin' Coconuts, is collecting used soccer cleats and equipment to be brought to Costa Rica. After living in Costa Rica for a few years, they started Kickin' Coconuts after seeing the people's love for the game of soccer but lack of ability to purchase real equipment. The donation bins are located in the foyer, commons, and by Mr. Golding's room. Please try to donate by May 15th! 

OLA Sports

Anyone interested in participating in golf next school year please see Mr. Corr in room 401 to get the information needed for tryouts and next fall's practice and tournament schedule. Returning players need to see him as well to get information to bring home to parents. 

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Loaded Baked Potato Bar; Fruit; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Italian Wedding Soup.
