OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Tuesday, May 5, 2026.  

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.   

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.  

Philippians 4:6-7  Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Thoughts on today's verse:  God wants to hear our prayers, but to keep them from becoming too self-focused, God wants us always to remember to give thanks. It is so easy for us to turn prayer into a request line.
Gracious God, we have so many reasons to praise you. In the face of trial and hardship we have your promises to reawaken our hope. Thank you, God, for being so great and yet so loving.  In Jesus’ name we pray:

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

If you DID NOT preorder Popeyes and you DID NOT bring a lunch from home today, please stop by the office when the bell rings at the end of 1^st Period.  

PTO is collecting Claiborne Hill grocery receipts.  Please drop off your receipts to the office.
