OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!   Today is Tuesday, August 18, 2026.  

Morning Prayer:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Last call to return your E-Rate Survey!  Return to the office before the end of the day. 

Molly Vignes, Mary Harris, Amelia Edrington, Lucy Chen, Charlotte Nobile, and Stella Cappel, please see Mrs. Carter during morning break today.  

Reminder: When we enter the church, 7^th-9^th need to enter through the door closest to the beach and community center.  10^th-12^th need to enter through the door closest to the beach facing the church parking lot.  No one should enter the two front doors closest to the school. 

Change of Phone Plan: Starting tomorrow, you will drop off phones in the testing lab instead of the Student Resource center.  The Student Resource Center will again be open for morning studying for 9^th -12^th graders. 

National Art Honor Society applications are due to Mrs. Troutman no later than Friday. 

All summer service hours are due by September 1. They will not be accepted after this date.

If you have sold your Raffle Tickets, please return your envelope to the office as soon as possible.  

PTO is collecting Claiborne Hill grocery receipts.  Please drop off your receipts to the office.  

OLA Sports

Attention Athletes in Grades 10-12: 

If you believe you should have ordered a letterman jacket at the end of last school year but did not place an order, please stop by Ms. Meredith McRaney’s office to pick up an order form by Tuesday, August 18th. A letterman jacket fitting will be held on Wednesday, August 19th, during 2nd Lunch in the Student Resource Center.  Please make sure you have your order form before the fitting! 

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please take enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Chicken Tenders and Waffles; Fruit Cup; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Lobster Bisque Soup.
