Good Morning OLA!  Today is Thursday, February 17, 2022. 

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

1 John 3:11  This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another.

Thoughts on today's verse:  The original message - love one another. The enduring message - love one another. The most convicting message - love one another.

Loving Father, we commit to you that we will intentionally show our love for your children this week in what we do and say. We do this, trusting your grace to empower us to do more than we would do on our own. Through Jesus we pray.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

 

Do not forget to bring in your Campus Ministry baby shower items by tomorrow morning!  If you bring in items you will get to enjoy cupcakes, ice cream and games during your lunch period.

 

National Honor Society tutoring after school today from 3:30 to 4:00 in Mrs. Colbert's room.  Those National Honor Society students who have not signed up to tutor, please see Mrs. Gelpi today to sign up.

 

OLA Sports

Today: Archery at Pass High at 5 pm. 

Friday: Softball at home vs. Moss Point at 6 pm

Saturday: Tennis at Long Beach at 10 am
