Good Morning OLA!   Today is Tuesday, February 22, 2022. 

 

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

1 John 4:18 - There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Thoughts on today's verse:  What is there to fear if God sent his Son to die to redeem us? What is there to fear if we cannot be separated from the love God has for us in Christ Jesus? What is there to fear except ourselves? As we love God and his children, we are reminded by his love for us, which is far better than our meager love for others. Rather than run from him in fear, we bow before him in thanks, knowing that he who hears our prayers is also he who loves us and stops our fears.  In Jesus name we pray…

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

National Honor Society tutoring after school today from 3:30 to 4:00 in Mrs. Colbert's room. 

 

OLA Sports

Today: Track meet at Gulfport High School at 4:00 pm.  Tennis match at home vs. Resurrection at 4:30 pm.

Softball at Pearl River Central at 5:30 pm

Wednesday: Archery at home vs. East Central at 5:00.

Thursday: Softball at home vs. Gautier at 5:30 pm. Tennis at Ocean Springs at 4 pm.

Friday: Softball at Ben's Ford at 4:00 pm.

Saturday: Tennis vs. New Albany at Bowman's Tennis Club at 10:30.

 

March - Lunch Selection

Earlier this morning, an email was sent to all students and staff.  Please make sure you click on the link to submit your lunch order for the month of March.  Even if you are not ordering from the cafeteria, you MUST complete the form as soon as possible.
