OUR LADY ACADEMY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good Morning OLA!    Today is Monday, February 26, 2024.  

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

Today we offer our prayers for Retired, Extern & Deceased Priests, Brothers & Deacons.

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Please remain standing for the Pledge:

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

 

Important Messages

Congratulations to Mrs. Cranford and the ROBOMOONS who competed this past weekend in Pearl, MS at the state competition.  They won an Innovation award for their project, and placed First the pit design. They also qualified for regional competition in Daytona, Florida.  Well done! 

Tomorrow is a School Mass, all students must wear their oxford shirts.  As always, parents are invited to attend, students must sit with their class. 

There are several Service hours opportunities coming soon!

Ø  Friday, March 1 is OLA night at the OLG fish fry.  We need students to provide desserts for the bake sale and to help run plates for the drive through.  

Ø  Also- Buddy Ball is need of volunteers for the spring Buddy Ball games.

"National Art Honor Society sweatshirts and t-shirts are now available. To order, please refer to the email from Mrs. Hinson. Orders will be accepted until March 6th." 

Teachers, please take daily attendance and lunch order.   

Today’s Menu: Shepard’s Pie, Steamed Broccoli and Roll; or Soup and Salad Bar.  Today’s soup is Minestrone. 

At this time, all students please stand for the daily uniform and cell phone check.
