Good Morning OLA!   Today is Wednesday, March 25, 2026. 

Morning Offering and Special Intentions:

Please stand for our morning prayer as we remember that we are in the presence of God.  

 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. 

Holy God, may your love so fill us that we share it with others who call on your name. May this love grow and increase in our lives so others may readily see its benefits and recognize that it is a direct response to your lavish love shared with us. In Jesus name we pray…..

 

Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Important Messages

National Art Honor Society will have a meeting today during lunch. 

 

Okay girls… if you’ve ever thought, “Wait… I kinda want to be on the Dance Team,” this is your sign.  There will be an interest meeting today during both lunches in the Student Resource Room, so be sure to stop by and learn more.  If you’re planning to try out, stop by Miss Grey’s room to sign up.  Tryouts will be held next week, March 30th through April 1st.  We can’t wait to see you there!  

Justice Sisterhood: Please remember to bring in your Easter basket for our service project.

If you did not receive a packet of $1 raffle tickets or need more tickets, there are extra tickets in the office. If you sell 50 tickets, you will get to wear shorts to school, if you sell 100 tickets, you will win a beach day, and if your class as a whole sells the most tickets, your grade will win a pool day! See Ms. Alarcon if you have questions!

Hooray for OLA 2026 T-shirts: If you would like to purchase a Hooray for OLA 2026 t-shirt please see the link sent by Ms. Alarcon to your email. If your parents would like one, just fill out the form again. If you can't find the link or have any questions please see Ms. Alarcon. The deadline to order is March 30th!  

Service Hours Opportunity, see Mrs. Mayer to help with Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, April 18th at the Bridges golf course.  

Turn in 5 egg cartons to Mrs. Troutman to earn free dress on March 30^th. 

PTO is collecting Claiborne Hill grocery receipts.  Please drop off your receipts to the office.  

OLA Sports

The tennis team lost a close match against Resurrection yesterday by a score of 3 courts to 4. On winning courts for OLA were the steady Ambrie Aldermen at girls singles, the team of Elliot Foster and CC Nobile at girls doubles, and the mixed team of Mary Swinton Harris and Brock Henley. 

If you are interested in trying out for volleyball but have not filled out the google form, please sign up on the list on Ms. Ashley's door ASAP so that you can be included in the email list to receive important try-out information.  If you don't remember if you've signed up, there is a list of those who have on the door.   

Attendance & Lunch Orders

Teachers:  Please enter your attendance and lunch orders.   Today’s Menu:  Hamburger Steak in Gravy; Mashed Potatoes; Corn; Hawaiian Roll; and Drink; or Soup and Salad Bar. Today’s Soup is Pinto Bean soup.
